President Asif Zardari and Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani could not agree on the appointment of Shaukat Tarin replacement despite a stern warning from the Ministry of Finance that the absence of the head of Ministry of Finance with right credentials could possibly result in a delay in the release of 4th tranche ($1.2 billion) from the IMF before the end of current month. |
